June 10, 2024, Coalition for Women Human Rights Defenders Tanzania conducted training for women human rights defenders from various regions across Tanzania. This training, taking place in Morogoro, aims to empower these members with strategic litigation knowledge related to reproductive and sexual health rights. The main goal of this training is to unite efforts to bring about systemic and legal changes that address the challenges women and girls face in accessing safe reproductive and sexual health services. Through this training, participants will gain essential skills in documenting and reporting human rights violations, particularly sexual violence that infringes on reproductive and sexual health rights. The training targets women defenders of reproductive and sexual health rights who are members of the Coalition for Women's Human Rights Defenders Tanzania. This training is organised by the Coalition for Women's Human Rights Defenders Tanzania with the support from GenderLinks and Amplify Change to strengthen resilience and advocate for women's rights in the country
